The patch represents that everlasting loyal connection between a dog and it's people. Sam's had 'big dogs' in his family since he was a kid so they hold a special place in his heart. For this patch Sam chose to draw the most recent pup in his life, Rosie. Shout out to Rosie and all the others hanging with the big dogs.
